"This is a great hotel just outside centre but only 5 minutes by tuk tuk.staff great and very helpful with trips, transport. Lovely pool area that is nicely shaded with nice pool temperature. Room large with all facilities, tv, AC etc and very clean"

"Absolutely amazing stay. The rooms were huge and very nice. Slight issue was that the AC struggled to cool the entire room because it was so big, but still nice. Amazing staff and service. We had Pikun as our personal assistant during our stay and he was the most helpful and nice person we've ever had the pleasure of being helped by. We felt like we were treated like royalty. The location was also very nice and convenient. Walking distance from Pub Street and Night Market. There's a nearby Laundry service (less than 1 min walk) that charges $1/Kg which is very cheap amd useful. They offered boxed breakfast when we had early morning excursions before 6am. Regular breakfast was decent, but I wish it was more obvious that certain items like meat slices and cheese were over ice so I could be confident in their freshness. The spa was great and very affordable to do once if combined with an$20USD/Person coupon that we had. Not sure if that coupon was due to or Loyalty status with Hotels.com or if everyone gets it. Very nice massage. Lastly, the hotel restaurant cost $39USD Per person for a 5 course meal with an Apsara show. The show was very nice to experience and should be seen by everyone coming to cambodia, but there are certainly more affordable shows available elsewhere. The show had some audio issues with the speakers, but great seats. The only downside, I didn't feel the food was worth the money. I didn't like the Khmer set I had. My wife's western set was decent. "We stayed here for 4 nights and had a studio room. This wasn’t our first time in the city so we didn’t do the normal touristy things. Rather we were here to spend time with a charity and the down time we had was going to be spent by the pool. The hotel was a little oasis, so quiet and peaceful on the inside despite the noise and bustle outside. It’s a lovely layout, and sitting around the pool at breakfast was very relaxing. Breakfast itself was lovely, and the noodle soup superb, the best in all the hotels we visited elsewhere. Our room was comfortable and spacious, I believe from the photos we should have had a double sink but we only had a single, which did make things a little crammed but it was no big deal. The only issue was sometimes getting a bed by the pool, on 2 occasions in the afternoon there was nothing available so we had to pound the streets. On the day we intended to spend at the pool it was a bit more quiet so perhaps it’s just one of those things. But there didn’t seem to be any scope for sitting elsewhere if all beds were taken. A minor point but important if you want to spend time at the pool. We would definitely consider booking here again if we come back to PP."
