"We booked a swim up pool room and we were not told that the pool is cold and does not work during certain times of the year. This would have been important to note as we would not have booked this room if we knew. The pool although closed was super dirty and not kept up well for a 5 star hotel I think they should at least keep that done. Besides that the room was beautiful, clean and spacious. "Basic clean room good location but not for the less abled due to being on top of the hill. Construction works going on which was noisy and woke us up but we knew this before hand. Friendly staff and nice pool area "

"The hotel was very nice and clean. You were able to walk nearby restaurants or small shops. Outside by the pool you basically had your own beach. The cleaning ladies were super nice and helpful with our wedding event as well."
