"Nice room, great shower. Handy position for shopping and relatively near the station. The code worked okay and the only problem was at the room door as the handle didn’t work very well and it took us quite a few attempts to get the bedroom door open. Also the TV kept buffering "

"The hotel/guesthouse is easily reached from the centre of Milan by metro followed by a short walk (past a nice bakery). Il Girasole looks unconventional, being a converted factory building. A nice courtyard is hidden behind a metal entrance door. Matteo and his brother are extremely nice hosts, who can provide enthusiastic advice on sightseeing in Milan. "I barely leave a review, but I wanted to do this time. The staff were extremely kind, and the property was so clean and tidy. Unlike ordinary hotels, the room was so spacious with a kitchen and sitting area. Complementary coffee, water, and bakery was also good. "
