"Have stayed here many times over 10 years .. great location .. I would just suggest maybe they check the facilities all work , as TV was not fully working and whilst it did get fixed just a little inconvenient for us and staff. Air con was set too warm and staff had to reset lower for us as could not be changed in the room. Having said this I would still happily stay here again. "

"Our room was a charmer!…right in the heart of the action…our gracious owner stayed late to meet us as we were running late…its not so easy to find as there is no ‘hotel sign’ and the lift is tight…but the room was wonderful with a great balcony that looks over the busy street below…great bathroom and excellent big bed, espresso machine and large TV…very cool stay!…thank you from CA!"

"Our 3d2n stay was lovely. Very close by to Milan Centrale station - 5-10mins flat walk. Check in was super easy even if you were late. Tania provided such detailed check in information including a video and pdf of pictures. The size of the bedroom was good size for 2 adults with 2 medium size luggages. "I chose this property as it was an hour on the shuttle from Malpensa airport and 10 minute walk to the train station. We arrived pretty late and although they don’t do late check-ins they kindly waited for our arrival. They messaged me via WhatsApp during intervals on the day to check in on us which I find thoughtful as it was our first time in Italy.
