"Was closed, owner showed up 30 min late, no check in instructions, was yelling on the phone right under our window till 10. No hot water, rooms are not as on pictures, error saying 4 people can stay in one bed in the listing, it wouldn’t be showing in search at all. No baby cribs, it’s just pictures. Fridge is not plugged in. No kettle or any warm water available and no one in the whole building. Mattress smells and has no protector. I only stayed because was late after 8 hours and it was...

"What a lovely place to spend a leisurely afternoon and evening. Dinner was spectacular and so reasonably priced. We took a couple walks and sat outside on our lovely patio area. One warning though -- do NOT leave your shoes or any clothing outside. We had a pair of drying socks and shoes and a bra munched on (one shoe was actually taken away to be found completely demolished the following morning) by the cute but wily Sicilian foxes living onsite! They were pretty bold and we needed to make lots...

"L'apparence de l'immeuble déroute au premier abord, cependant nous avons eu une très agréable surprise en entrant dans l'appartement, qui était à l'état neuf et très bien aménagé. Des boissons étaient à notre disposition. Un coin cuisine commun était disponible pour préparer les repas. Le petit déjeuner compris dans la réservation a été pris dans un café proche. Il était bien. Très bon accueil par notre hôte."

"We were a group of 9 adults aged 28+. The check in process was easy and communicating with the hosts was quick and clear. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures show. The hosts have 3 beautiful dogs. One of the dogs, Lily, is very comfortable around guests and super friendly. The AC was much needed during our time as we had a heat wave the week we were staying, the temperature was 38°C and more whilst we were there. The pool was perfect for those extremely hot days. "Great surprise! Wonderful hotel built on original historic architecture in the center of town. We arrived late but were greeted so well by Michel. He was very helpful as were the other staff at the front desk. Highly recommended. Can't wait to go back! Oh yes, and lovely breakfast space."

"The staff was so wonderful and warm to (Jaime Melo and Sal and Nonno Baglieri) special gratitude to Ritonela Federico and Biagio. They helped beyond expectation to all our needs. Changing of room was done immediately and smoothly. We all felt so welcomed and would promote this great Family resort to everyone who appreciates peace and quiet and amazing staff. Breakfast was an abundance of great fresh food and baked goods, all that one would expect and some. Us Canadians are so grateful. Thank you fresh"

The worst. I travelled 90% of countries.

I only stayed because was late after 8 hours and it was closest. Next time will definitely read reviews as they all are true. Owner doesn’t care and is rude. He texted at 9 am “check out is at 10” that’s all. Didn’t bother nothing. I hope it gets shut down by health authorities. "
