"The property is okay. It is advertised with "fast Wi-Fi connection" but we can't even use the WiFi when we were staying there. We booked the place cause it was the hotel nearest to the place we are visiting and it we need the fast internet connection. We called the front desk to report the issue, they mentioned they will try to do something to fix it. After an hour, still can't use the WiFi. "It is a nice hotel for a short stay. Though when i checked in early the room assigned to me was hot even though the aircon is on its just the cold air is not that strong and i have to asked for electric fan. The hotel location is near local market."

"I booked 10 days hotel stay, confirmed by hotels.com app, paid the first 5 days and rhe next 5 days was "pay at the hotel" scheme, but hotel cancelled my 2nd 4 days because they have to prioritizesome guests who extended their stay. "It's dirty, cockroaches in unit. not convenient to stay with, beds and pillows are need to be changed. LPG hose was not hooked up with the stove, when we're about to use it, lpg leaked. Not safe! No elevator. Lost and found item not returned. My wife left 2 pairs of new slippers in our early check-in room, and never see it again. Avoid this place. "

"Our stay was quite fair overall. It was not that good but it was fair enough for a safe stay. The toilet was overall fair. The bowl was unclean, including the lavatory and tiles that were also a bit unclean, but good thing that the bidet was working, and there was a shower heater. The beds were a bit nice.
