"This is not a hotel but rather an apartment rental. The wifi was not working and the place was infested with termites. We had to leave in the middle of the night because there were termites all over the bed. We were promised a refund but only received a partial refund. Stay in a real hotel and avoid this place. Oh they’re also doing construction next door. "

"We were surprised that there was a property manager type person staying on the premises. We only stayed one night so I cannot give too much insight. Very close to airport. On site manager was very helpful. Only negative was that we almost got double charged. Print your receipt/proof of payment! "

Charming Hotel and Excellent Breakfast

"The Hotel has a unique charm to it. While a bit older, that lends to its charm and it is immaculately maintained. The staff is superb and always helpful. The breakfast is wonderful and the pool and spa area are convenient for relaxing after seeing the sites and all that Lima offers. I found the Hotel and breakfast to be an excellent value and an enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend the Hotel and I look forward to visiting again."

A Perfect Location

"Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. There was a free shuttle from the airport. Check in was easy. The hotel found us a room even though we were an hour early so we could check in before our tour started the day we arrived. The porters were very helpful. The restaurant workers called us by name and catered to our needs at breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable. The shuttle took us back to the airport. "
