"Great place to stay, with lots of character, especially maritime related. Staff were amazing, very friendly and welcoming. We had an issue with our bathroom and the staff attended to our needs immediately. Fabulous food, the standard and quality was high end at affordable prices. Would definitely visit Seahouses again, and stay at The Olde Ship Inn. Would recommend to others."

"East House is a lovely old property. We had a large room with a great view across farm fields (there were cows!), and the sea, you could also see Dunstanburgh castle in the distance. The host was really welcoming and friendly. Despite what it says in the description the beds are fully made up and there is a good supply of towels in the bathroom so you don’t need to bring sheets etc. nice touches in the room included a kettle, coffee, fresh milk, cereals, biscuits, shampoo, hair conditioner,...

"We enjoyed a fantastic 2 night trip over the bank holiday weekend. This was a lovely place to stay, beautifully decorated throughout, VERY comfortable beds, very clean. Its in a peaceful location (2 minutes from the Chillingham cattle visitor centre). Our host Mhairi couldn't have been more thoughtful or welcoming during our stay. Birthday Treat

"Luxurious hotel with beautiful rooms. Bed was super comfortable and huge. Gorgeous immaculately clean bathroom with rainfall shower and free standing bath. Leigh was so welcoming, helpful and professional. The Bistro staff were also great. Lovely breakfast selection. Great location. Lots to do and see nearby."
