"Don’t say it’s a “shared” hot tub when there’s no other way into the backyard from this guesthouse. The hosts has a whole system of their Renjoy company set up as a 3rd party. They have their own 3rd party Renjoy website sent to you once it’s near the day of check in; info & rules of the house and stuff on there. "I came to COS to visit my son stationed at Ft. Carson. The location was perfect for all of our adventures that weekend. About 20 mins from base and 20 mins or less to lots of attractions and places to explore. The apt. was clean , which was very pleasant since most places I’ve rented have been dirty in some way and I’ve had to clean before I could enjoy myself, but not here!!!
