"Our third stay at this villa and the first with Fabrice the new owner, who has made numerous improvements. It was good before and is now excellent. The weather for our second week was wet and chilly, so could have done with the pool being heated, but understand this is one of the plans for next year. We will definitely try to go back again."

"What a lovely arrival to this property, a warm welcome from Sandrine and a hamper of selected goodies, including local products. Thank you Sandrine for the written instructions to find the house, without which we would have struggled. It is a perfect holiday home with both indoor and outdoor space. "We had a lovely stay in Villa Vezac. The house is very well equipped, and in beautiful well maintained grounds. The hot tub is also a nice touch for the cooler evenings. You are surrounded by beautiful countryside and the local town, Sarlat de Caneda well worth visiting. Lucille, the house manager, was very welcoming and responsive, and spoke English - which helped! "Lovely little propert with a larger than average pool. We were 2 adults and a dog so had plenty garden area for the dog to run around chasing hares amongst other critters. From the verandah we saw deer, kites, hares, frogs, bats, hoopae and an abundance of other birds. Supermarkets, vets shops restaurants all within about a 15 min drive. Paul was a great host."

"We have had a disappointing experience with this vacation rental. All four of us have suffered from bed bugs. We initially thought we were dealing with mosquitoes. But the bites got so big and painful that it wasn't until later that we realized we were dealing with bed bugs. We complained about this to the landlord afterwards and it seemed only reasonable to us that they would refund half as our holiday enjoyment was seriously ruined. We have not received any response from the landlords."
