"Hostels always appear on my searches, so thought I'd hive one a go. It's what you would expect from a hostel, toilet and shower shared between the 9 of us in the dorm. Ladder up maybe could be better, lockers where very large, could do with some more hooks for towels (don't forget to bring your own) and better shoe storage. No food allowed in the room, although some ignored that. Note that it's age restricted to 18-45 years old only. "

"Once I checked in and spoke with a staff member; I was shown the set up with the app and how it unlocked the doors. Really clever. Private 6 bed dorm with bathroom was fab and most importantly was clean. I slept really well, bed really comfortable. I will definitely stay again when visiting Camden. So easy and so reasonable."

"I was in the 9 bunk bed girls room for one night. It was clean with clean linen. There was a shower and separate loo and basin and the shower had hot water.The place was safe and the staff were polite, comfortably casual, and helpful. I stayed to go to a gig in Cameden and on chatting to some of the other girls they were also going to gigs but different to mine. Yes a backpackers and not a hotel but really good value for money. "It's a good choice for a weekend, In and out of London. It has the basics a bed and a roof over your head. they do offer private rooms which is the one I got and it was perfect for me. They offer food on site,(didn't get the chance to try it, but it smell delicious) all the transport options are within walking distance. "

"It’s situated right near a busy street and a night club so it’s very noisy. I stayed during a heat wave and was on the third floor and there weren’t even shades for all of the windows to keep the sun out, so at night time it was so hot and muggy. Just overall not a very nice place to stay. Didn’t find the staff overly friendly either. But it was the cheapest accommodation I could find with short notice for my time, so I guess you get what you pay for. Had some regret I didn’t splash out a bit...

"This is a bit of a strange place. The picture DO NOT represent the room I had which was in the basement. It was very dated and need of modernisation. Whilst there was a microwave and fridge there was no tea and coffee making and not even a glass or anything for water. "Clink78 is currently not operating as a hostel, it’s an office building. I showed up at night after my flight just to find out that there’s no hostel there. They moved me to Clink261, but it was dirty and not what I originally signed up for. You need to pay for towels that you don’t even get to keep."

"False and hidden fees when checking in, run down location, no grocery store near by, willingly un helpful and clueless staff, dirty room, horrid beds (I think prison beds would most likely be better) Hidden binding conditions about refunds. extra charges on every thing imaginable and felt very unsafe from the moment I walked through the door I lost time, money, and almost my passport (they expect you to leave your passport with them as ransom for their key) "

"We stayed in a city studio and it was nice to have a kitchenette. The couch wasn’t particularly comfortable, but the room was clean. The shower was a nice size. The bed was up against the wall so you have to crawl over the other person if you need to get up in the middle of the night. They clean once a week, which was fine. The staff was very nice. I liked that there was a cafe on the ground floor but wished it was open a bit later than 6 pm. "
