"This home is very clean and cozy, it is fully equipped with everything needed for a getaway. The beds are comfortable and the hot water is great. Communication with host is easy and she replies to all questions promptly. I would definitely stay there again"

"The place is alright, but too far from shops and main roads, was not happy with the check points it's not a gated community, the place has a lot of underline issue, like the toilets needed to be able to flush properly, and chairs in kitchen needed to be fix and doors need handles lucks broken, house manager needed to be more polite"

"We arrived at the property on December 22nd 2016 for an eight night stay. Prior to our arrival Janice had already communicated with us on a couple of occasions to ensure we were comfortable with all the details, she suggested things to do in Jamaica and she answered all of questions and concerns. "This was our second time staying at Springville. It remains our family’s favorite vacation spot! The house, view and grounds are beautiful but the staff are who make the experience extra special! Highly recommend it for families and couples. The owner is extremely reaponsive and accommodating. Can’t wait to visit again!!"

"I was impressed with the property and the choices of pools and beaches. We always were able to get a beach chair and were close to bathrooms. The rooms were nice and where we were was so convenient to everything. My teens loved the Sports Bar and played pool and got snacks all day long."

"More like a hotel in set up, with one pool, but it was clean, the access to Doctor's Cave beach was included and easy (and the highlight of the stay!), and close enough to the airport that we had time for an ocean swim on the morning of departure. The facilities were kept very clean, the food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Special shout outs to Renalda from Chukka, to Satia and Winston in the dining hall, to Loretta, to Diedre at front desk, to Andre, and to Troy who stopped all the traffic."
