"Never any towels in the pool area"

"We book this hotel for the indoor pool and the relaxed atmosphere for a fun New Years Eve trip with kids. They love it, they have a blast, and the staff is great. The only downside is the people who book the same time and complain about noise…it is a kid friendly hotel…on NYE….so do not expect a quiet retreat. We had numerous calls from the front desk, thinking it was our room and it was not. There was a ton of kids in the hallway and surrounding rooms and after the 2nd call, I had to laugh because my boys were in bed. And I would prefer the kids to have fun and make those memories in the hotel with family so not sure why people complain in the first place so I loved hearing the noise and all the kids enjoying their trip!"

"I have stayed at this establishment several times and they are always very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast is always very good. It is in a nice location that is quiet even though it is close to everything you might need."
