"Lovely new infinity pool which was great to spend time by. Location is very central to Las Americas strip which is good for walking to restaurants but meant very noisy at night so struggled to sleep. Walls thin so could hear the noise from the neighbouring rooms and the corridor. We had breakfast included which was fine but nothing to rave about. Spa changing room was very dirty. Overall average hotel - if the infinity pool wasn’t there it would be rated lower! "

"Great views and the staff were super friendly. Did not experience any queuing issues that others have mentioned. Facilities were clean and surrounding areas were serene and relaxing. Food options are plentiful and there’s something for everyone if you have picky eaters. Had a small issue in the room with the AC (normal wear and tear) but was promptly taken care of. Very happy with everything and would highly recommend. "

"We’ve stayed here twice now. It’s an ideal place to stay for a few quiet days of relaxing in the sun by one of the pools. There are beaches not far off, but the hotel is on a hill, so the walk can be hard work in hot weather, although the hotel does offer a shuttle service.
