"The property was perfect. There were tons of breads, muffins, crackers for breakfast or snacks. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for us. Marta is an absolute gem host! We were using the remote incorrectly for the gate and she had someone there immediately. He was wonderful too! Thank goodness for Google Translate! I would definitely stay here again. Penne is a beautiful town and we enjoyed the areas around too."

"The host ended up being extremely kind but we never received any communication or confirmation from the host after booking. Our rental was paid in full at the time of booking and we received confirmation from VRBO about our upcoming stay (address, etc) but no response from our host when I sent her a couple different messages. The day we arrived, we tried calling the host and got no answer but we randomly ran into her on the street near the rental. She apologized and said she was having issues...

"Casale Giacinta is a fabulous property nestled among the olive groves. It’s a great location to explore Abruzzo from and only half an hour’s drive from some fantastic beaches. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well equipped and the pool was fabulous. Signora Giacinta was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again!"

"An amazing location. Views we superb from the balcony and pool area. We kept the apartment shut due to heat and weren’t in there much. Pool was great. Citti san angelos was up a steep incline but only took 10 mins to get to the top of the steep bit and another slow walk to the town. Not many places to eat but that may change. Worth the struggle to get there. Ric was a great host."
