"Dated and tired. But comfortable enough to get a decent night’s sleep. A purposeful pool with basic sun-lounging furniture. No in-room tea/coffee making facilities. No milk available across the entire hotel after breakfast ( to try and make your own drink ). Dinner is limited to a toasted sandwich menu. Service is hit & miss. "We booked this to stay just one night, we were in calama just overnight to take a flight in the morning, it is a good place if you are not going to stay for long. The staff is not very friendly and it happened to us that we needed to get in or out and we had to wait a long time until the guy from the reception appeared to open the door"

"The location is not very convenient. Staffs don't speak much English but were helpful. Room service the Cesar salad was surprisingly way too salty as Chilean food are quite blend. Reception promised to call taxi to airport was 5000 pesos ended up driver asked for 7000 pesos."
