"We had a room with the balcony looking out onto the beach. Room was comfortable and well set up. We parked - they have their car park close by - but not at the hotel - know this before you arrive because my phone tried to take me to the other side of the river and tell me to walk to the hotel. We didn’t bring the correct travel plug - but the lady at reception was really helpful and I borrowed one for our stay. Lots of eateries nearby as you walk along the boardwalk. The ‘main street’ for shopping is one street back. Really enjoyed the hotel and would recommend this. "

"Located about 20-30 min outside Barcelona, within walking distance to beach and restaurants and public transit. Rooms were clean. Balcony was nice. Breakfast had many options. Large lobby with lots of seating. Outdoor pool. "

The staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making us feel at home right away. The location was perfect, offering easy access to everything we needed before the cruise. One of the highlights of our stay was the fabulous breakfast—fresh, varied, and delicious, with plenty of options to suit every taste. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, providing us with a restful space to relax before our journey. We would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, especially as a pre-cruise stay. Great service, perfect location, and top-notch hospitality—thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"This is a beautiful hotel with perfect views and stylish decor. We had a junior suite, which was very spacious. The large bathroom and huge balcony were also really lovely. The lobby staff and bartenders were also excellent. I did have a few suggestions, though. 1. The pillows are horribly uncomfortable. Upgrading them would have made sleeping so much nicer. 2. The massage therapist was on holiday during my stay, which was disappointing. Maybe consider employing two therapists since the hotel advertises having a spa with massage, and some people, like me, might book for that reason. 3. Consider opening the sauna earlier than 10AM for early risers. Otherwise, it was a fantastic stay in an undeniably gorgeous hotel. "
