"The property is absolutely beautiful. You get amazing views no matter where you are and having direct access to the beach is a huge plus. Everyone was so nice and accommodating to us. The resort was clean and provided beautiful amenities including the pool and hot tub, 24 hour gym, and many places to lay around and relax. "The only thing that really bother is that early in the morning some of the staff are so loud and also slamming at the doors while cleaning Of rooms overall it’s a really nice and updated hotel with excellent services and nice restaurants. Will be back for sure !!!! "

"This is a wonderful resort, extremely clean and any time I needed something it was done immediately. The only complaint that I have is that the pools were absolutely cold. They say it's heated but anyone who went in it said it was freezing. Especially with the cold snap in Florida; it should've been warmed accordingly. Also the main pool (The Lochness) was closed at 6 and a couple of days it closed down at 4 pm. Pools are a main source of entertainment and relaxation. Disappointed in the pool...

"I felt safe during my stay at this hotel, the surrounding areas are in very good location, and within stone throw away from bahama breeze restaurant. The balcony by the bay was a relaxing area to watch the sunrise or sunset. The complementary hot breakfast was decent with hot eggs & bacon / cornbeef ( in alternating days) and oatmeal, cereals, coffee,tea, pastries.
