However, the tile around the bathroom (near the kitchen) was cracked and the toilet knob was chipped in the bathroom (in the bedroom). The floor needed to be swept, but it wasn't too bad. "This tiny home has so much character!! Spent a long weekend here with my 13 year old son and our beloved dog. We loved the home, the beach, and the area. The house is small and cozy. It’s adjacent to the public beach parking giving easy access. This house is not on stilts so you can not see the ocean from the back porch. The ladder to the loft area is cumbersome but worth it! Absolutely charming!!"
