"Insane, everything was incredible we literally could not fault it. Close to San an we walked in some days, or a short 5 minute drive, taxis available all the time. Ideally located close to Pikes. Toni was so helpful and accommodating. The villa is something else very traditional. We loved every second. Even though the weather didn’t provide it didn’t matter as everything was perfect. Can’t wait to visit again "

"Lovely house with lots of outdoor seating areas although we mainly used the roof terrace which had great views of the sunset. As we were here in October it was really quiet. The pool is shared (which I hadn’t realised) and although not far didn’t have many sun beds so didn’t use it. Perfect place to stay with friends"

"The villa was amazing. Super clean and with daily cleaners was easy to keep that way with 12 people! All the bedrooms were lovely! The house had all of the amenities we needed. The best bits are the pool which is large and has a great view, and the barbecue area which has enough space to cook for and army and a great table for large meals. Plenty of space for parking inside the grounds, we had 3 cars, and the alarm definitely made us feel more secure. The property manager was great and on hand...

"The villa had excellent and plenty of outside space. The inside was cramped for 8 people with 6 people having to share one bathroom between 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom having a very small en-suite. The kitchen appliances were unfortunately very cheap and of not good quality to feed 10 people on a daily basis. Also the television was well over 10 years old It wouldn’t really take much to replace these items every year for guests to enjoy the Villa to its true potential "

"Very well located, property is well locked after and matches description, youll find all you need to have a few days off with ease and confort. The owner is very conunicative and caring being flexible and accomodating your needs as possible. Parking in the area can complicated at some times.. the area is great, quete than other busier places in Ibiza, the view and water at the bay are stupendous, with great sunset views. "The location is fantastic and the house was just what we were looking for. If you intended to spend long periods inside the house it would be quite cramped for 4 adults but we were mainly outside on the fantastic beach or on the patios with some great views. The trees and bushes do obscure some of the views plus the sun and could benefit with some pruning. Overall though we loved the house for our stay."
