"My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator. I pointed out no one was actually in the elevator, and in the event of a fire, my wife would be trapped. The manager was dismissive and didn’t care. "Wonderful property and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Very close to the airport about 5 min uber. Uber easily accessible. Drinks were very good and the food was exceptional for being an all inclusive"

"Great hotel. Clean, safe and welcoming. Good restaurant and a 24/7 gym. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'll definitely come back. The only area of improvement can be the firmness of the bed mattress and pillows. They were a little soft. "

"We had a lovely stay in this relaxing and shic hotel in mid October, its very well located right in the middle of the nicest sweep of the southern beaches. The staff are extrmely friendly and helpful and the overall vibe is one of relaxed easy luxury"

"Great stay and amazing location next to the beach, with close amenities. Great breakfast and pool areas with lovely views. Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Only thing to watch is it is large hotel where some rooms do not have nice views/are not refurbed to quite the same spec as photos- shout out to Santiago who was very understanding of this but just a note for some feedback. "

"Very well located, property is well locked after and matches description, youll find all you need to have a few days off with ease and confort. The owner is very conunicative and caring being flexible and accomodating your needs as possible. Parking in the area can complicated at some times.. the area is great, quete than other busier places in Ibiza, the view and water at the bay are stupendous, with great sunset views. A place to return. Thanks Catherine. We had an amazing time."
