"The villa was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. Sergio was quick to response and very kind to let us arrive early. The only two issues were the noise coming from the airport. (obviously, we could see it was nearby, but had not appreciated the level of noise and the frequency!) Also, the beds and pillows were very firm! "

"Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in dieser Finca und es war schlicht perfekt! Wer die Ruhe sucht, fernab vom Trubel der Touristenorte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Finca sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern und die Küche ist mehr als gut bestückt. Es fehlt nichts. Inés ist eine ganz tolle Vermieterin, unkompliziert, pünktlich und äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir wieder mal auf Mallorca sind, werden wir sicher wieder in dieser Finca wohnen. "The location of this property is fabulous, providing exactly what we wanted - access to the beach by walking. "We were a large group of 16 comprising four families with young kids (18 months to 9 yes). As mentioned in previous reviews Isabel the host is helpful and quick with her response to pre arrival queries. The check in/out process was also made straight forward by Isabel. On arrival at the villa our expectations were more than met. "Initially we were a little worried following the gravel/dirt road to the finca, however we shouldn't have been worried. The finca is set within its own grounds with the nearest neighbour some distance away and never going to disturb you. There is a large deep swimming pool with grass surrounds and a sunbed area. "This was the second time we had visited the area, which we love, and we stayed in the single storey apartment attached to the house which is rented separately. The accommodation is fine, simple and comfortable. The kitchen has just enough to be able to cook in the evenings though the BBQ makes it more enjoyable. "What an excellent place to stay. The surroundings are so idyllic and peaceful but only a 10min journey into Santanyi and 15 mins from the nearest beach. The finca is massive easily accommodating 8 people and has everything you need. The pool is biggest I’ve ever encountered when renting holiday villas and basked in sunshine all day, it has a safe area for young children and at the deepest it’s probably 8-9ft which is ideal for the bigger kids(adults) to throw themselves into.
