"We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in het appartement. Het was netjes, schoon en prima in orde. De omgeving was rustig en goed aan te lopen naar een strandje dichtbij. Het appartement was wel vrij gehorig, de mensen in het appartement onder ons konden ons blijkbaar horen lopen en praten. Omgekeerd hadden wij hier geen last van. Verder was alles prima in orde. "

"Wir haben uns in der Villa Carpe Diem sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Wohnsiedlung & ist bestens ausgestattet und gepflegt. Der Aussenbereich mit Grill hat unsere Abende perfekt gemacht. Der Check-In hat unkompliziert und wie vereinbart funktioniert. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist ebenfalls super - gepflegte Anlage mit Liegen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! "

"Zu Beginn: Wir sind Mallorca FeWo Erfahren. Wir hatten einen 3 Wochen Aufenthalt. Bei der Anreise schon die Toilette im Masterbad defekt, hat 3 Tage bis zur Reparatur gedauert. Dann haben die Nachbarn von links neue Fenster eingebaut, eine Woche Bohrmaschine und Trennjäger. Dann die Nachbarn über uns die Toilette erneuert... Bei beiden Handwaschbecken kam nur sehr mäßig Wasser aus dem Hahn, nach Aussage des Monteurs für die Toilette ist das der Filter zum Wassersparen. Balkontisch und Stühle OK,...

"We had a lovely stay for our family of four. We were travelling from Canada and the house was perfectly situated to explore Cala Murada, Cales de Mallorca, Porto Cristo, Cala D’Or and Cala Marales. A rental car is an absolute must but that goes for any rental property on the island. The house had everything we needed. Cleaning supplies, towels, beach umbrella, toys, games, TV, eating spaces and of course the pool. Also the beds were super comfortable. Would highly recommend. My only feedback...

"Very poor aircon - no units at all in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms smelt very fusty, even more so in the wardrobes, so much that we couldn’t use them. Home & Away booking showed check out time of 11am and I showed this at check in. Yet still cleaners arrived and entered the property at 10am, ruining our last bit of time. Pool was cold, because it is not heated and sensitive to not being in the sunshine all day. Would definitely not recommend the property for small children. The terrace...
