"We had the most wonderful holiday at HSM Calas Park!
The hotel is fantastic, it’s in such a perfect location, near to the most beautiful beach, loads of great shops, bars etc.
The rooms are comfortable and clean. The all inclusive options are great, lots of choice of drinks, including cocktails. The food is pretty good too, although I did get a bit bored after a few days but there’s other places to eat nearby.
You need to remember your plastic cup otherwise they charge €1 for a new one.
There are quite a lot of steps, which I actually quite like as it’s my only exercise while I was there but maybe not good if you have mobility issues. I personally enjoyed walking down to the pool and back up for lunch etc.
All the staff are amazing, I even called the hotel a few times leading up to our stay to ask questions and they sorted everything I asked them. They were so friendly and welcoming.
The animation team were great for activities throughout the day and entertainment at night. This was my second time, I’ve never been back to the same place twice before and I would absolutely come again.

"We were two friends that spent ten days in this lovely villa. Miguel was very easy to contact
and quick in responding to any queries both before our arrival and during our stay. He often
turned up unexpectedly to clean the pool and check everything was ok.
We really enjoyed the beautiful villa , pool and grounds with several seating areas. The
beds were very comfortable which is often not the case. And use of a washing machine was
handy. Some newer towels and basic kitchen provisions would have made our stay even
better, particularly as we were travelling by air. There were plenty of games and books for families as well as Smart tv.
The location was perfect being very central and easy to order local taxis (Get2Ride).
We would definitely recommend a stay in this villa and certainly hope to return.

"Great hotel. The staff are so attentive & welcoming. The food is varied and good quality. Lots of drinks options. The rooms are spacious and bright. Entertainment was great.
A few negatives.. the shower handle was broken. You had to go to reception to get a new towel which you need a shuttle for and not available until 10am. Sometimes a long wait for the shuttle. Also had to pay deposit for towel which seems unnecessary.
Overall had a great experience, would definitely recommend. "

Auf dem Gelände gibt es drei verschiedene Pools, das Animationsprogramm ist interessant und abwechslungsreich, sodass keine Langeweile aufkommt.
Im Restaurant gibt es viele Sitzplätze, daher findet jeder Gast immer problemlos einen Platz. Das Essen ist vielfältig und lecker.
Es gibt Aufzüge und die verschiedenen Bereiche sind insgesamt sehr praktisch gelegen.
Manchmal hat man das Gefühl, dass einige Möbelstücke ausgetauscht werden könnten, aber das hat unseren positiven Gesamteindruck nicht beeinträchtigt.
Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, der Service hat unserer Familie gut gefallen.
Ein besonderer Dank gilt Iryna an der Rezeption – sie hat alle unsere Fragen beantwortet und war sehr geduldig mit uns.

"We had a lovely stay at Casa Lisa. Everything was as described and a great place to relax and unwind. The pool was fabulous to have and outdoor areas clean and comfortable. The local area had a great beach bar with amazing food and other restaurants all within easy walking distance. Communication with Mr Klewing the owner was excellent, professional and prompt. We did however face an oversight from the property manager and our arrival date despite communication from ourselves and the owner. I would definitely stay again and my only one recommendation would be for better/supportive pillows on the bed. Thank you again Rudi and family."

"One of the best experiences I have already had in a hotel.
The room is not the more luxury I have seem, but the overall experience is amazing with their food selection, show options in the evening and big pool, and the amazing view if you are luck to get the pool view.
Pool access is from 10am to 7pm. There are fitness activities in the pool with instructors that is really fun.
Every day at 21h30 they have a 1hour show and I really enjoyed all of them.
Cala Antena is connected to the hotel, you have direct access to the beach with a quick walk and it is one of the most beautiful in the island.
With 10/15 minutes walking you can reach Cala Domingos that is also such a nice beach.
I definitely recommend this place.
