"Our second Christmas at this hotel and we are not disappointed. We had a lovely relaxed stay and have been fed very well (half board). The thing that made our stay really special is the hotel’s staff. We can not praise them enough! Always smiling, friendly and happy to help. Few little extras from the hotel itself was a nice surprise as well (some Christmas treats, free mini bar etc)"

"Really enjoyed my stay and this was my first time going away by myself! Helpful and friendly staff made my experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible! A lady at reception helped organise my shuttle home which was really kind. Food was fresh and tasty, not as many options as other all inclusive buffets I have had but the food was really nice. Good selection of all inclusive drinks. Some you do have to pay for. Nice outdoor area with good sun coverage throughout the day. My main criticism of the stay is the rooms aren’t soundproofed very well and you can hear neighbours TV, closing the heavy curtains and talking. The bed is a little uncomfy and the pillows are hard (but some people might like that) Other than that the room had everything I could want and it was pleasant. Would recommended this hotel if you are visiting Cala Millor. "

"This is a great hotel. Food is excellent with a great variety of food for all tastes. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Staff are all excellent, so well trained, polite and with a great concept of customer service at the heart of all interactions. The pool area, while a little small, is very clean and well maintained. We particularly enjoyed the aqua gym each day. We had a lovely view of the pool and sea from our balcony. Beds are very comfortable and only complaint was that room was a little small for 2 adults and 1 12 yr old child, with limited storage for clothes etc. Apart from that we had a lovely holiday in this very well managed hotel! Cala Millor is a nice safe resort, with a lovely prom, a beach which is rocky in parts and nice bars, restaurants and shops in town. "
