"My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator. I pointed out no one was actually in the elevator, and in the event of a fire, my wife would be trapped. The manager was dismissive and didn’t care. "We were a little worried about our stay after seeing some negative reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. Staff were excellent in all areas. Staff who cleaned the rooms were excellent, we couldn’t fault them! We had half board and although we ate out most evenings, the food was very good, plenty of choice and continuously filled up.
