"Hospitality was great, location was perfect and the actual room itself was clean and up to date. Overall a beautiful place to stay with lots to do around and even more to eat. Should be mentioned for people sensitive to noise- the rooms are not sound proofed and the walls are thin. Don’t be alarmed by the fridge not being cold they’re more like outdoor coolers. "

The hotels.com listing calls out that the rooms are soundproof, which isn’t true. You can hear everything in the hallway (guest talking, housekeep carts, etc…) the room above and sometimes the rooms next door. This didn’t bother us but wanted to flag incase that was a main reason for anytime booking this hotel. Loved it so much, looking to go back in September! "

"My wife and I had a fantastic stay at The Unexpected Ibiza Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Even the basic room we booked exceeded our expectations, it was spacious, had a balcony with a great view, and felt comfortable. The hotel offers excellent facilities including a pool and direct access to the beach, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a good variety and quality options to start the day right. What impressed us the most was how all these premium features and services came at such a reasonable and fair price for a 5-star property. "Beautiful hotel in a great location. I would recommend paying the extra and getting the sea view rooms - the view is breathtaking! The rooms are not huge but at the same time are big enough to move around freely in. The room has a kettle although could perhaps benefit from some other self-catering facilities, but there is a small fridge which is good for storing drinks etc. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms are regularly cleaned. I must mention again just how classy and beautiful the hotel is, and the lobby is kept in immaculate condition. My son thoroughly enjoyed the free table tennis and it kept us both occupied during breaks from the pool. The breakfast option is good value for money, although we never had a chance to dine at the restaurant. "

Spa was lovely and would highly recommend facial and full body massage by Juan. Everyone should experience this most sensual massage at least once in their lifetime. Loved our stay didn’t want to leave."
