"My stay at Els Pins Resort & Spa was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. I had a minor issue at check-in, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent, just one direct bus from the airport for only €3, making it very easy to reach. It’s also conveniently close to the marina and well-connected by public transport, so getting around the island was simple. A lovely surprise during my stay was receiving complimentary caviar for my birthday such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. After checkout, the hotel kindly stored our bags for several hours until we were ready to leave, which made our last day much more relaxed and enjoyable. I absolutely loved the hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended."

"We had a lovely family stay over Easter, the hotel exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and the staff were really friendly. We stayed in d'en Bossa as a base and travelled around the island. It was difficult to park for free in the area (but luckily we always managed to). There is also a big car park just across the road though. We travelled out of season so the clubs weren't yet open and I imagine it was quieter for this reason. You could still hear music, and of course, the planes flying over in the evenings, but it wasn't too loud. If you're looking for complete quiet though, this place isn't for you! The sunsets in the morning are beautiful and highly recommend paying extra for the sea view. The food in the restaurant was delicious and not too expensive compared to other restatuants in the area."

"Hospitality was great, location was perfect and the actual room itself was clean and up to date. Overall a beautiful place to stay with lots to do around and even more to eat. Should be mentioned for people sensitive to noise- the rooms are not sound proofed and the walls are thin. Don’t be alarmed by the fridge not being cold they’re more like outdoor coolers. "
