"The hostal was perfectly located in Cala D’Or. The room was decent and clean, but the sheets and towels need an update since some of them were torn and had holes. We had everyday room service with new towels, paper and shower gel. Also upon check in we got beach towels and an umbrella to use during the stay for free which was a pleasant surprise. All in all we did like the stay at Hostal San Francisco and would recommend for the price."

"A lovely hotel with clean rooms. It was in a great location for the beach and centre of town. There were a variety of food options too. The only negative encounter that we had was with an elderly waiter who was rude and pressurised us into buying drinks at the meal. His customer service skills were abrupt and he came across as being rude. However, all other staff were fantastic and the hotel itself was great. The kids Animation Team for the children was also brilliant. "

"Everything good. Trouble free check in. Beds comfy, sofa comfy, bathrooms good and well appointed. Kitchen fine, although we ate out most of the time. Overall impression very good. Also good value compared to some other properties in the block"

"Clearly attention to detail when it comes down to cleanliness and paintwork. My husband was especially appreciative that the ironwork round the balcony was washed! We had a day of heavy rain and the very next day the pool was emptied of debris and the area was swept. Location was super as restaurants, cafes and bars were within easy reach, less than 10 mins. Coffee bar overlooking the sea was literally at the end of the road. I was worried that Cala D'or was too far to walk but after using the...

"We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, it was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants and a choice of beaches and the marina. Would definitely recommend ☺️"

"We had a lovely time here! The apartment was light and clean and has the most amazing views! It was great being able to use the hotel’s pools too, and free parking was super helpful. We were 4 adults and one baby and the apartment was comfortable. Would come again!"
