"I had communicated directly with the hotel to upgrade and was quoted a price which I accepted and was told should be paid on check in. On arrival there was no upgrade I showed my emails to the receptionist Jose and was dismissed and found him rude. However I spoke to another receptionist the following day Jessica who explained things and arranged for us to be upgraded ASAP. Thank you Jessica. Hotel is located in quite location but just few minuts walk to seside ,promenade. .Very friendly staff from reception and Bar. We enjoy varietion of food and drinks.
