"The property is not set up well as a rental and although described as rustic requires some investment. The cleanliness was questionable, the pool dirty and a broken toilet seat just added to our disappointment."

"The location of this property is fabulous, providing exactly what we wanted - access to the beach by walking. "We enjoyed the Finka so much. It was well located to see everything on the island. It was also very well supplied; many kitchen items to use, second refrigerator was really helpful for our large family, LOTS of plates and glasses, and we really appreciated the pre-inflated pools floats when we arrived. Pool was beautiful and clean. Owners were responsive and very friendly."

"The cottage was beautiful and simple. Exactly what we were looking for. The views were spectacular. The only note I would make is that guest should be aware that the parking is downhill from the property which requires you to lug your luggage and groceries up a switch back to the top of the property. We loved it and would rent again!"

"We had a really lovely stay at this finca with our two boys. It is clean with a comfortable design. As mentioned in other reviews the finca is also home to two sweet outside cats and 3 donkeys that we all loved. (Pro Tip: Don’t let the fat donkey fool you into extra treats for the baby- she is not pregnant, just plump and eats most of the food!). "Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in dieser Finca und es war schlicht perfekt! Wer die Ruhe sucht, fernab vom Trubel der Touristenorte, ist hier genau richtig. Die Finca sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern und die Küche ist mehr als gut bestückt. Es fehlt nichts. Inés ist eine ganz tolle Vermieterin, unkompliziert, pünktlich und äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir wieder mal auf Mallorca sind, werden wir sicher wieder in dieser Finca wohnen. Absolut empfehlenswert!"

"Der Urlaub in der Finca war toll. Die Finca ist perfekt ausgestattet für eine Fewo, dazu mit großem Pool samt Treppe, einer Grillstation u sehr vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Man ist durch die Lage u Hitze auf ein Auto angewiesen u das Knarren der Betten war gewöhnungsbedürftig."
