"The hotel is located in the city center, facility is old, the bathroom door is very noisy. Limited resources, they couldn't lend a hairdryer. And when they could there was nobody that could bring it to the room. Lifts take ages to come. The staff on the other hand, do the best to assist you with what they have. The breakfast was good and professional."

"I went on this trip to perform surgery on the city but I choose this hotel because was close to the clinic. Hotel ok but the staff was not so friendly. They treat my self like I was some kind of old lady and they assimilate tbsf I was talking nonsense. But this is normal in Brazil people don’t have a sense of self respect and they act like they don’t care. "Nossa estadia foi boa, os funcionários muito solícitos. Melhor café da manhã que vi nos últimos anos em hotel desta categoria. Produtos extras no hotel são caros. Manutenção do hotel não estava perfeita mas atendeu o que precisávamos. A área da piscina alegrou a galera, mas precisava de mais higienização. Recomendo."

"Nice hotel. Good size rooms, comfortable beds and very good breakfast included. Restaurant options somewhat limited, but located at walkable distance to a large shopping mall w/ many other restaurant options. Excellent staff, efficient, friendly and very accommodating. We stayed for 10 days and plan on returning."

"The price per room was phenomenal. Most of the staff (with the exception of two young evening receptionist) were friendly and helpful. The hotel could be more attractive if it were better maintained. Safe and hair dryer in room did not work. Although reported, nothing was done to resolve.Some of the walls need repairs and fresh paint. Breakfast served was fabulous. There are no walkable restaurants or shops near by. "

"Great access to Novo Shopping Center by walk or car. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and it was a very enjoyable stay. Breakfast was good and affordable cost for dining in. I look forward to my next stay here."

"O hotel está precisando de reformas! As portas do banheiro toda com a madeira lascada. As camas só c um lençol! Sem conforter! Banheiro bem apertado! Elevador barulhento e em um dos dias ficou pessoas presas no elevador da esquerda na recepção do hotel! O atendimento é impecável! Tanto na recepção quanto no restaurante e no valet de carros! "
