"It was amazing hostel! I can't think of anything significant enough to complain about. The bed is SUPER soft! One of best hostel bed in my two years of traveling. There are outlet available on each bed which is useful. It's really beautiful too. One of most beautiful hostel I stayed in my two years. The service is great too. While taking an uber home, I left my phone in the uber upon getting back to the Hostel. Alexis was so helpful the next day. "This place is CLOSED yet hotels.com keeps offering it online. I booked through hotels.com as part of my trip and when I got their and the hotel was no longer in operation, and it was a nightmare dealing with hotels.com. They are pushy and it is a mess. When I started demanding my money back, a pushy person who spoke broken English called to sell me ANOTHER hotel, but refused to give me my money back. I am realizing hotels.com is a racket."
