It can be a little noisy if you open your window but Bogotá is a busy city and that is totally normal, just keep your windows closed. They work with a special taxi company and you can be sure you are safe with them, actually I lost my phone in one of the taxis and the driver returned it the same day. They have a shuttle to and from the airport that is part of the service, no extra charge. I will recommend this hotel to anyone going to Bogotá. "
