Aldercarr Hall

4.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very Good, (251)
"Was a nice room. But wow was it roasting hot. We could find anywhere of turning the heating down or off so had a very hot night, even with fans on. The toilet however had no heating so was the opposite and freezing. Nice to have our own little room but think it was too pricey, compared to the many other hotels we stay in for major race events. Breakfast was toast, yogurts or 3 choices of cereal, nothing for vegetarians and not really a continental as offered. "

The White Lodge

"Firstly, have to give a special mention to our host Jean for her incredible hospitality. She went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed, including Vegan ingredients for my partner's breakfast. The room we were allocated has a seaview and was very clean and comfy. The shower room was also very clean and well stocked with all the extras you might need. Breakfast was very good, and there was a great range, from a good old fry up, cereals, yogurts and pastries. There are a few things that would make our score excellent - clarity of cost of electricity and instructions in the chalet of how to use it would have been helpful. The kitchen equipment could be better - as...
