10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (90)
"Fantastic place and location, very well equipped, very clean, lovely showers, comfy beds. The only negative were the stairs, not really suitable for the very elderly or disabled! Overall we had a brilliant holiday"

Step ONTO the beach @ Number One Beachfront with secure parking, EV charger

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (62)
"The property and the location were second to none. James gave us recommendations of places to visit and some local eateries. The bedding and towels was very luxurious - bath sheets and lots of pillows! There were throws provided to cover the sofas so the dog could sit up with us too. The house was toasty, and to open the bedroom window and to hear the sea was amazing. We had a takeaway fromRyans fish and chip shop which was so fresh, the battered halloumi was fabulous and very afforable. We...

Stunning Beach House - On the Beach - Pets OK

9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (20)
"The property is in a fantastic position next to the beach. Views are brilliant. We stayed with our family of two grown up children and their partners. Although the property said it catered for six the top room was more suited to children rather than adults. Master bedroom was fantastic with views over the sea and with a sun lounge off the bedroom. We all enjoyed our stay with a well kitted out kitchen allowing us to self cater. Down stairs toilet an added bonus."

Walk ONTO the beach, not TO the beach @ Number Two

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (7)
"Stayed at Two Cottages with my family and friends were at One Cottages! Our Cottage was really distinctive and both tasteful and comfortable plus the location right next to the beach was a real bonus. We were only there for a 4 day/night break but it felt a lot longer and James the owner was there to welcome us and was on hand if there was anything we needed (thanks James). Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking!"

Emerald Spacious apartment near the Sea

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (4)
"Caister itself was very pleasant and the beach was beautiful. The accommodation was perfect, a Georgian style house split down the middle and totally refurbished. The downstairs is one large room containing the kitchen a dining area and very comfy sofas. Upstairs (which are pretty steep) is a large bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space and a massive bathroom with a large 2-person shower and a spa bath. There was parking and all the accoutrements I would expect for self catering, including a...

Burgess Beach House | 4 bed house | near the Beach | Hot Tub✅ | Large Garden | P

8.0 out of 10, Very Good, (2)
"A nice property - well located close to the beach. However, there were some issues which marred our visit - the Nest controlling the heating and hot water was faulty ( and wasn't replaced during our stay - the engineer hadn't visited before we left) so on occasions there was no hot water although we then found an immersion heater which we could use, the lock to the back doors didn't work with no key so we couldn't secure the property and until the lock was replaced we had to take our valuables...

Beach Breeze Cottage - Hot Tub - 3 Bedr - Pets OK

9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (12)
"This location suited us because of friends living nearby. However, being situated on a busy main road with No on site parking may not suit all. The cottage is clean, tastefully decorated and spacious but unfortunately has a damp problem, especially in the entrance hall and main bedroom, which means there is a musty smell throughout."
