"Very good stay, modern and nicely decorated. Very close to public transport, metro, trams and buses across the road and walking distance to main areas. It is right next to Pink Street and there is noise when you are outside the hotel, but I had a room looking out over Pink Street and hardly heard anything. Easy to get to using the metro from the airport, one change and was at the hotel within 20 minutes for €1.85. The hotel does have pastel de natas early evening in the foyer which I thought...

"Hotel staff were super friendly. We had breakfast included in ours, it was a simple meal but definitely filling. It was an interesting room layout for our hotel. I was pleasently suprised how quiet our rooms were for hearing any noise. I stayed over new years and you could not hear any parties going on in the streets, as well the hotel staff gifted us a bottle of wine to celebrate the new year with. "

"Hall Chiado was extremely clean, updated, comfortable beds, excellent location and responsive staff. The only downfall was the hostel above. They had people above my room that were making a lot of noise all week after 11pm, sometimes up to 1am. Although the rooms have great soundproofing for city sounds, that did not prevent the noise from the room above. Overall I highly recommend this property and I would stay there again, but hopefully not below the loud people. "
