The check-in process was a bit unclear but once that was resolved everything else was smooth. I think the property is mainly a dormitory for students of nearby schools but the family apartment is quite spacious and well-equipped to pass a few days (maybe gets a bit limited for >1 week). "Booked a week in a 2 bedroom full apartment in this apart-hotel. Highly recommend the apartment, the hotel staff (especially Jean-Pascal) and the location. Communication before arrival was excellent and very helpful. The hotel is on the prestigious rue d’Antibes, the main shopping street through Cannes. "We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was in a great location right by the marina, near restaurants and shops. The place was very modern, spacious, and clean. The attendant working at the front desk was very hospitable and did a great job at recommending places to see and visit during our stay. I would recommend this property to friends visiting Cannes. "

"Location is solid. However, I will flag a few things: -Get ready to walk up a few stair cases inside the building depending where your room is. -at night you do hear quite a bit of street noise. I’m talking about 4,5,6am. A car driving (I think it’s some type of trash service or something at the time) -some reviews I saw before booking mentioned possible bed bugs which of course had me a bit unsettled but can confirm there were ZERO.
