"Arrived midnight after long flight delay. Welcomed by duty manager. Room clean and good breakfast. A convenient stopping point on journeys through Auch and looked to be an interesting town for a look round. Sadly we just did not have time."

"We have stayed at this hotel on several occasions, it is very basic but suits our needs as an overnight stop with a dog. Last night we arrived and found the toilet seat cracked through and the sink cracked, the shower sealant was mouldy. I informed the reception about the toilet seat and was told there was no other rooms available and she thanked me for telling her. This morning at breakfast I gave my dog a piece of my paid for baguette and a piece of cheese, the gentleman on reception came...

"A lovely property with a great pool - ideal for a big group with kids. Even before finalising our booking Craig was extremely quick to respond to queries and provided loads of info. This level of attentiveness continued throughout our stay when we asked for more recommendations and help. The property is located in quiet countryside and was easy to find. "Old skool decor but clean and 5 star"

"The property, pool and courtyard has been allowed to fall into disrepair. The pooo had mild all over the floor and the court yard around the pool area was filthy. The maintenance crew, left their equipment lying around to trip over and the pre swim shower system adjacent to the pool was not operational. All in all, a large letdown. "
