"Road trip booked on route. Great location and staff at front seat very helpful and gave us a map on checkin to make sure we made most of the overnight stay. Walkable to all local attractions. Would definitely stay again if we are passing."

"This hotel was great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were extremely happy with our stay. There was also plenty of off-street parking, which was great. The street right outside the hotel is pretty busy, and there are a lot of potholes. "If you travel from US under any circumstance do not accept room 108!!! Nothing was working in that room : fridge, AC, TV, shower was leaking water outside of the shower and the drain was really slow. After numerous complaints our room was changed after 24 hours of suffering (96 degrees F). Immediately after we moved, the room was assigned to a different guest from the US. "Hotel is feeling a bit aged, however, great stopover on the way to Calabria. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast needs some more fresh fruit & cold cuts (ie. Salami), however, still a very good hotel & I would definitely stay there again. Thank you guys!"

"VERY DISAPPOINTING. I would not stay here again. DO NOT trust what it shows in the website.The hotel is very old, poorly maintained, empty, has very weird art and is extremely understaffed. This hotel had all terme pools and spa services closed which was the only reason why we booked. This hotel may have been great 40 years ago but unfortunately it's one of Italy's struggling spa resorts. Hotel management agreed to refund the rest of our stay and after we left refused. We communicated with translator app and a manger that seemed to understand that we came for services that were not available speaking english well. "
