Located in a secluded and secure area that is only a 7 minute drive to Playa Negra and Hotel Banana Azul (guests have access to their beach club, restaurant, tour services, store and parking).

It is a 12 minute drive Puerto Viejo town center which has many bars, restaurants, shops and grocery stores.

Guess have access to all areas of the penthouse, the pool and the lounge on the second floor

It was awful. . We did not stay the water piles were broken. I am having no luck with Expedia in resolving this nightmare. They are not picking up my calls. This is a property that should be represented in your portfolio for lodging.

Nice place but very noisy
Overall apartment was nice and modern with good amenities. However, it was lacking some basic things to make the property more comfortable, like coffee cups and bowls. The biggest problem and the only thing that really prevents me from giving it four or five stars is that there is no wall separating the primary bedroom from the outside screened in patio. Only an open metal screen door that cannot be shut. This made for an extremely noisy night with us only getting about two hours sleep between the sound of people partying in the patio below and then people leaving for work at 4:30 in the morning and slamming doors. If this was a wall with windows that can be shut, instead of open screen would be much better
