"Well, we were very impressed with the location because we were able to go to Telluride, visit Moab, Utah, visit Mancos, also we were able to explore the scenery and also go to Durango Colorado. It was a short ride.The best thing about the property was that we enjoyed the location. It was very clean and the TVs were easy to work and figure out everything.We would definitely stay there again just because it was a close location to friends as well while visiting. Also, it was easy to get to the grocery store which was about 3 to 5 minutes up the road along with the stores there that were feed stores, but they accommodated for any kind of cold weather equipment for clothing like it got really cold when we were there and everything was easily accessible"

"Beautiful historic building rehabilitated into a fun hostel. The hosts were welcoming and helpful, but not overbearing. The rooms were cozy, but the common areas were amazing. It was very quiet when we were there. "

"We.enjoyed our week in "Fort Dolores" so much. Hubby hunted in the nearby forest while i took walks around town, read, and knitted. We had some great meals.out in the evenings at local restaurants. As for the property, it is spacious, comfy, fully equipped, quiet, and charming. Steve and Robby are great hosts. They even accommodated our reservation change atthe last minute.
