"We were absolutely overjoyed to discover this beautiful gem for our stay in the Mancos area. The location is idyllic - open plain surrounded by beautiful sunrises and dramatic, photo worthy sunsets. The home is beautifully renovated, the beds and pillows are comfortable, everything is clean and in working order (and the wifi works!). The best Air B&B we have ever stayed in. Definitely returning to this charming and affordable gem."

"It was a great property with 2 master suites and 2 living spaces. We had 4 kids under 8, and it was easy to have them go outside or go to another place to play. We all loved the property size, kids did sledding and nature walks.The only draw back was slow streaming."
