"Clean and tidy with helpful staff"

"Mickey was a 10 star for communication. Unit was very cold until I figured heaters out. Could've used a few more towels. Location was great - very walkable to all the sights I wanted to see, also public trams close by. One tip - if you order a cab/uber, schedule in advance as they take a long time to arrive!"

Next door to delicious focaccia/pizza, many restaurants, caffè, gelato, shopping, sites, etc. 10min. Uber from Porta Susa. Very nice view/ window we had opened for air flow, but to a busy corridor of overnight activity (people walking home, teens, etc.). One of us slept through, one of us did not, just fyi.🙃"

"Read the description well and all the reviews. As a combination student housing and other mixed-use facility, you may not be used to the arrangement. I personally found it to be perfect for my needs. It was confortable, clean, and had very friendly staff. It is a little bit of a walk to public transportation, but I was trying to walk and get steps in. There is an outdoor courtyard where you can hang out, eat, smoke, whatever. "Staff is pretty good, the guys are awesome and try to help us on everything. The room is small and hot. The AC is like nothing. We borrowed from them a fan, because the AC is chaotic, doesn’t work at all. "
