"I couldn't have been happier with this resort! We were a party of three in a "friends and family" room (with a king bed, queen bed, and sofa bed). This was plenty of room for us. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were a bit too rigid. The value for the room was excellent considering this was an all-inclusive resort. The room is well-stocked with alcohol, water, sodas, and coffee. On the off-chance that you run out of something, you simply call the front desk and they will bring more...

"The rooms and property are clean and well kept. The servers in the restaurants are good and attentive. The bartenders at the pool are very good! They say they don’t take reservations for dinners, so you show up at 6:30 or 7 pm (a reasonable time to eat dinner) and they tell you they have no more seating for the night. You look in the restaurant and it is half full. When you ask for an explanation they say that you have to show up at 5:30, when they open, and put your name on a wait list. Then...

"I feel the hotel would be better during the off season. It was very busy and felt more like an all inclusive. The adult pool chairs and cabanas were always reserved, there was a wait for breakfast every day. You are very secluded so typically have to always eat on resort which isn’t cheap. The food overall was very good. "
