He said everything was self-check-in, and he didn't understand me, implying I shouldn't bother him. The hotel doesn't have fringe or complimentary bottled water, as listed on hotels.com. No toiletries or shampoo. Cheap supplies: body wash dispenser hardly come out. One good thing is the heating...

"Had to ask for soap in the bathroom. Only small amount of toilet paper and when it ran out no more and no one to ask, stayed two nights and room/bathroom not serviced. Breakfast self service and very basic. Would never recommend!!"
