"Stayed here April 2025. One of maybe 6 homes on a quiet dead end street with lake access in the back (dock). 15 minutes from Bathhouse Row downtown. 5 minutes from grocery and Walmart. Wonderfully furnished with lots of charm and carefully selected pieces. Could not get over the nick nacks and little details. Fully furnished kitchen with pots/colander/measuring cups/utensils. Microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, full oven, washer/dryer. Left us nice snacks and coffee. Game room....

"We had an amazing stay at this VRBO in Hot Springs! The house was perfect for our family, with plenty of space for the kids to play and relax. The hot tub was such a treat on chilly nights, and we made the most of it. The game room was a huge hit—everyone had a blast, and it kept us entertained for hours. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a memorable getaway. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend!"

"What an incredible stay! Plenty of space and many different comfortable gathering areas indoors and out. Tons to do - putting, swimming, hot tubbing, games, etc. Made a couple suggestions (enough forks, better towels, etc) to ensure a large group could be comfortable and keep the place 5 stars, but generally speaking it’s a wonderful vacation house. Would book again! "

"The tiny house is clean and cozy. The bathroom is very small. I’m 6’2” 220 and taking a shower was tight but I managed. The bed is extremely soft so think about that if you have back issues. TV, internet and AC worked great. Kitchen is nicely sized for the cabin and fully furnished. The kitchen faucet needs to be tightened, I was in my wife’s car or else I would have done that for the owner. It’s a nice easy place to stay. I will say the cabin is really close to a road that had a lot of loud...

"We stayed here for two nights while exploring Hot Springs National Park. We loved the layout of the house and appreciated how clean it was. We also loved the quiet neighborhood and the relaxing views of the lake. Would absolutely stay here again. "
