"The house is typical for the settlement in Capistano Village. What was not typical I imagine was the extreme amount of noise we had to endure for at least half our five-week stay. The houses are attached and an apartment above. Walking, constant moving of furniture, loud talking on the terrace made it almost impossible to relax.And that was only from the neighbors upstairs. "The villa and grounds and exactly as described and shown in the photos. We loved the location. Very close to amenities. We love a villa instead of resorts as we prefer a quiet holiday to completely relax and de-stress. The only slight negative was that the neighbour, Jose (who is a very lovely man!), comes every day at 8pm and stays sitting by the pool until around 9:30pm to check the water levels and clean the bottom. "This pretty old villa is ideally located on the main road between beautiful Frigiliana and bustle Nerja. Ideally located within up hill walking distance to romantic Frigiliana which hosts many lovely restaurants, or an easy 10 min downhill bus ride to Nerja. Having the little bar close by was also very convenient. A spacious clean villa and beautiful garden and pool. Stephen was a great host. "

"La maison est très bien, l'emplacement le confort très bien. Le maison est vaste. Elle est bien situé par rapport à Nerja, pas trop loin on peut y aller à pied. Que des compliments. Juste un petit incident à l'arrivée le key-code pour récupérer les clefs n'avait pas été changé et impossible de joindre le propriétaire dans l'après-midi mais à 19H30 tout était rentré dans l'ordre. "Casa Rosa is in a lovely location. The villa is as described and the village of Frigiliana which is nearby has a good selection of shops and restaurants. Stephen was quick to respond with a minor issue with a sink."
