"Staff are perfect people, so nice"

"The beach house at Playa Miramar is beautiful! It was nice to have a laundry area in the house and even better to have an ice maker! Fantastic views of the Sea of Cortez right out the front door and just a short walk to the Grand Mayan Resort a little way down the beach. Plenty of room to spread out and relax and soooo many sea shells! The house was well stocked with bath towels, kitchen utensils and cookware. Grill on the covered patio while enjoying an amazing sunset!If the beach isn't your thing you can relax in front of the big screen TV with the internet connection, we streamed our favorite apps. It is an easy commute into Puerto Penasco! Booking was a breeze and communication with the property manager was great! She was conscientious and responded to questions and requests promptly. We will definitely come back and will be telling our family and friends about this little destination hideaway outside of Puerto Penasco! Until next time....."

"Very clean place, everything worked perfect , comfortable beds , modern kitchen& bathrooms. About 2 miles from Gran Mayan resort wher we enjoyed all resort amenities . Friendly people, great mexican & seafood. Highly recommended, very good price vs. Staying at the Mayan resort. Thank you."

"This is our 2nd stay at this property, and once again it was perfect! We love to cook and relax while on vacation and this property checks all the boxes. Having the use of the Mayan resort is a huge perk/bonus for us. Only comment (and this is not a reflection on the owner or property) is I am sad that they haven't developed this area more in the past 4 years that we have been staying here. But we still love the privacy and quiet. Thanks again!!"

"Its nice place only thing its really far from town about 30 mins and the location itself is isolated really dark at night and felt lime we were the only ones at mayan lakes. We will give it another try once it’s renovated and grand mayan and mayan palace are complete. Felt like a ghost town to be honest."
