Located inside the luxurious resort of Reserva Conchal, you can hike or bike the trails within the 2300 acres gated community in the morning, have lunch at the private Beach Club restaurant, then spend the afternoon soaking up the rays on Playa Conchal, sipping Pina Coladas by the large club pools, or challenge yourself on the 18 hole golf course. When you are ready for outside adventure, our concierge can arrange for tours on land (rainforest, zip lines, coffee plantation...) and on the sea (fishing, snorkeling, surf lessons...). After a long day of non-stop fun, enjoy spa treatments or gourmet meals at the W or Westin Hotels on the resort grounds, or venture out to nearby Brasilito or Tamarindo for beachside restaurants. And if you just want to relax and enjoy VILLA COCOBOLO TRÉS, this brand new architecturally significant villa will meet your expectation at every turn. Stepping into the house through the oversized solid teak front door, a beautiful white round staircase will lead you upstairs to the Great Room. With 4 meters high ceiling and teak wood paneled walls, the Great Room serves as the center of the social gathering with gourmet kitchen and stone top dining table. A comfortable living room sitting area is also part of the Great Room. All the windows in the Great Room slide open to allow a seamless flow between the indoor and the outdoor. The main deck has an outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas burner and built in barbecue. Two square dining tables that can be combined and a seating area complete this main outdoor deck where the view extends from Playa Conchal to Playa Flamingo.

The master bedroom with king bed and the bedroom with bunk beds are also located on the upper floor. The luxurious master bedroom boosts 4 meter high ceiling, a balcony and unobstructed ocean view from every spot in the room. The bunk room has two twin upper bunk beds over two full size beds. Custom built from teak wood, each bed has a nook with reading light and USB/outlets to charge all your devices. The bunk room is all about fun and also has an ensuite bathroom.

Downstairs, you will find three more guest bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and access to the another sea view deck and the pool. Two of the bedrooms have king beds while the third bedroom has two single beds. The outside sitting area next to the lap pool allows for a separate social area in which to hang out. An outdoor shower (with views!) and a half bath offer further convenience on the pool patio.

Floor to ceiling glass windows in every room bring the Nature into the house. Sliding the large glass windows open will allow you to meditate to a wall of green or become awestruck by the sparkling blue sea. Every bedroom steps out to an outside balcony/deck where a reading chair awaits. Or, dip into the lap pool from your bedroom deck and swim towards the infinity edge that seems to meet the horizon.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- No parties or group events allowed onsite.
- Government-issued photo identification required prior to arrival to ensure entrance through resort security gates.
- Security cameras are mounted in the exterior space and the garage. NO camera in interior space.
- Guests will be provided with unique code for the smart lock on the front door that is only valid during the length of the stay.
