- 2403 is an outstanding villa located directly in the center of the property with views of Land's End, the gorgeous grounds of Villa La Estancia and Infinity views of the Sea of Cortez.
-You'll enjoy the beautiful warm decor allowing you to feel all of the comforts of home, still enjoying everything Cabo has to offer.    
-Sit out on one of the largest terraces for a cocktail in the evening or grilling fish you may have caught during the day.  
If you want to take a break from the heat, you'll have flat screen tv's in all of the rooms.  
The kitchens are fully equipped for cooking & dining including a side-by-side refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser.
Let your personal concierge arrange dinner reservations or shop for groceries (extra charge for shopping and groceries). 
There is a wall safe in the closet in the master bedroom and guest suite for your valuables. 
There is a washer/dryer/laundry tub in every villa.
Housekeeping comes every other day to change linens, clean bathrooms, etc., Villas have large terraces with lounging, sitting, and dining table with chairs.Many villas have gas grills for your cooking pleasure.Please restrict all smoking to the terrace area only. Fines of $500 will be charged if smoking occurs in the villas. Air conditioners will not operate if the sliding door (s) is open.All Villas have full baths in all Bedrooms and a full guest bath off the living area. Master suites have Jacuzzi tubs.All villas have hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex & TP. Villa La Estancia is a 5-star resort located on Medano Beach, which is the only swimmable beach in Cabo San Lucas, where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. The perfect vacation

Great spot to get away
My family had an amazing time here. The condo is more impressive in person and the balcony is the perfect place to unwind and get out of the sun. The kitchen is stocked with just about everything you could want and it was nice to be able to grill with a view. You can walk into town but grabbing a quick taxi is easy too. We’re already planning to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Villa La Estancia. Beautiful views and very comfortable setup. The entire property is well maintained with the convience of several restuarants pools to access between the 3 locations. Also loved just relaxing on the large balcony with the sound of the oceans and gorgeous view. Would definitely stay again if we go back to Cabo.

My family had a great spring break getaway. The condo fit our family of 5 perfectly. The resort views are magnificent. The proximity to downtown and the marina are ideal. We hope to be back soon.

Condo is as advertised. Well appointed with great onsite amenities. Fitness center was well equipped and we were even able to get in a few mornings of Pickle Ball!! Seamless and easy check in and the staff was superb! We can’t wait to get back to Cabo and stay here again!

Great place - and easy!
Once we arrived everything was easy. Service on the grounds was great everywhere. The condo was beautiful and when we were in it we spent most of the time on the awesome giant porch. Views and breezes were great, property was quiet, and it was a great relaxing vacation.

Great vacation!
The villa was beautiful and very clean. All the ameneties made our stay so convenient. It was a fantastic place to stay for my wife and me with plenty of space for our kids, ages 18 and 20. The beach and pools were well-kept and the view was beautiful––with the exception of some cruise ships blocking our view of Los Arcos on some days. It was easy to get a taxi to town, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this villa and resort!

A great villa on the perfect property!!!
We've stayed at the other two Villa properties before, but this was our first time at the Villa La Estancia. This is the perfect location for proximity to the Marina, amenities and the swimmable Medano Beach. Jane and her team communicated well and did not disappoint. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!!!
